"Katsina State House of Assembly Speaker Congratulates State on 36th Anniversary"

The Speaker Katsina State House of Assembly Rt. Hon Nasir Yahaya has congratulated the citizens and residents of Katsina State for witnessing the 36th anniversary of its creation.
This is contained in a Press Release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the House Aminu Magaji Idris and made available to newsmen.
"On behalf of my self, the entire members and management of Katsina State House of Assembly I wish to heartily rejoice with the people of Katsina for commemorating the 36th anniversary of creation of our dear state" the Speaker added.
Rt.Hon. Nasir Yahaya while saluting the foresight of Former Nigerian Head- of -State, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida for the creation of the State equally commended the sacrifice and commitments by its founding fathers, military and civilian Governors for making it a role model among its contemporaries across the nation.
The Speaker also acknowledged the commitment of people in the State for maintaining peaceful and harmonious co-existence among themselves irrespective of tribes or religious inclinations and urged them to sustain the tempo.
On the giant stride being made by Governor Dikko Radda in the fight against all forms of insecurity in the state, the Speaker assured of the legislators' continued support to achieve the desired success.
