The Director General of the Katsina State Safety and Road Traffic Authority (KASSAROTA), Major Garba Yahaya Rimi (Rtd), has congratulated Governor Dikko Umaru Radda on his 56th birthday.
In a message issued through the Authority’s Public Relations Officer, Abubakar Marwana Kofar Sauri, the KASSAROTA boss commended the Governor for what he described as “visionary leadership and people-oriented policies” that continue to improve the lives of citizens in Katsina State.
Major Rimi noted Governor Radda’s commitment to security, education, infrastructure, and economic empowerment, describing him as a transformational leader whose work has inspired hope across the state.
“On behalf of the entire management and staff of KASSAROTA, I sincerely celebrate His Excellency on this special day. May Allah bless him with long life, sound health, and the strength to serve Katsina people with even greater zeal,” he said.
The DG further reaffirmed the Authority’s support for the Governor’s vision, pledging to strengthen efforts in road safety, traffic management, and discipline within the state’s transport sector.
