Gov Radda Flags Off Empowerment for 6,100 Vulnerable Women

The Executive Governor of Katsina State,  Malam Dikko Umaru Radda has flagged off an empowerment programme for 6,100 vulnerable women in Katsina State. 

This marks a noticeable step towards enhancing entrepreneurial spirit among the state's most disadvantaged female populace. 

The Governor made this known during the flag off ceremony held at the People Square, Government House, Katsina.

The empowerment programme focuses on the provision of complete starter packages for noodle-making businesses, equipping beneficiaries with the tools and resources necessary to establish sustainable income-generating. ventures.

 "This strategic approach not only addresses immediate economic needs but also lays the foundation for long-term financial independence and family welfare," Governor Radda said. 

The Governor emphasized the initiative alignment with the state government overaching objectives of poverty reduction and entrepreneurship development. 

He articulated a vision where empowered women become catalysts for broader societal transformation, noting, "When women earn sustainable income, the entire family benefits directly."

This initiative highlight the power of empowering women as a strategy for comprehensive societal advancement.
