Ijaba Academy, Katsina, has since its establishment built a reputation as one of the best educational institutions in Katsina State, providing quality learning and instruction for pupils and students from Nursery 1 to SS3. The school has so far produced 130 students that have excelled in WAEC, NECO and JAMB examinations and gained admission into tertiary institutions where they mostly excel above their peers.
Both its western and Islamiyya sections are staffed with knowledgeable, smart and responsible teachers and management personnel that share the vision of the proprietor, Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, Katsina State Deputy Governor and Sarkin Fulanin Joben Katsina.

One of the areas where the school stands out is staff welfare. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic when most private schools struggled to pay salaries, Ijaba Academy stood out as a beacon of hope, ensuring that all staff received their full salaries including special welfare packages to help them cope with the nationwide lockdown.

This reflects the outstanding values of the proprietor, Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, who has been marked as a gentleman that has excelled in academics, banking, finance and administration -- and in 2015 graciously decided to extend his reach to the education sector through the establishment of ijaba Academy which has grown to become one of the finest institutions of learning in
Katsina State.

The school which is fully compliant with all extant rules and regulations guiding the establishment and operations of private schools in the state also maintains the highest academic standards through its commitment to providing requisite knowledge, skills, competence and moral training on pupils and students.

The school is also a recognized center for both WAEC and NECO examinations while its own students have achieved a remarkable 98% success rate in WAEC and NECO and represented the school excellently in various competitions including debates, quizzes and spelling bees.
