Shehu Musa Malumfashi 

On behalf of the Katsina State Chapter of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), we extend our heartfelt commiserations to the families affected by the recent spate of bandit attacks in and around Malumfashi, Kankara, and several other parts of the State. We pray for the repose of the souls of the departed, and for the speedy recovery of all those injured. We equally extend our condolences to the Government and people of Katsina State at large, and pray that Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy, will see us through these dark days and bring a swift end to these wanton acts of terror in all our communities.

While acknowledging and commending the sustained efforts of our gallant security forces and the State Government in combating banditry, we urge them to redouble their efforts to bring lasting peace to our land. We also call upon our people to actively support these efforts by sharing timely intelligence with security agencies, traditional institutions, and the Katsina State Government, so that proactive measures can be taken to curb banditry and all other forms of criminality.

Together, with unity, vigilance, and faith in Allah, we shall overcome.
