Gradually, tactfully, skillfully, systimatically, and knowingly as well as deliberately the administration of governor Dikko umar Radda of Katsina State is bringing unsong initiative to strengthen the art of governance and equally adding value to the necleus of administration in a move to achieve maximum results.Infact the administration out of the conviction that the administrative sector the civil service in particular till date remained the engine room in policy formulation and of course in implementing the to achieve the desired goals and objectives of any administration.Again the rudiments of governance could be achieved via a sound, vibrant and efficient administration coupled with a clear vision and focus as well.Now to the basis of this piece. By way of reckoning in 2005 when former president Chief Olosegun Obasanjo paid a working visit to Katsina State in February of that year one of the giant project he formally commissioned was the State Secreterait complex now renamed and addressed as " Ja ABDUKKADIR" surprisingly since that official commissioning the edifice has never seen the light of the day from successive governments to last year   2023 despite the fact that some of the structures have shown sign of decay and needed urgent intervention from government to avert possible collapse the repurcarssions of it will likely be disastrous.Intrestingly the edifice which now housed more than 37 ministries and departments now wears a new look due to its complete renovation and rehabilitations.Moreover the water network was fully restored as taps now run without hitch within the various offices at the Secreterait.Infact any visitor to the secretariat who have taken long period of absence will surely be astonished with the current situation of the sectreterait which looks glittering and indeed attractive.Thus as the entire edifices complete renovation and rehabilitation ended governor Dikko umar Radda opened up a new chapter in the bringing the desired happinesses and job satisfaction to the occupants of the secretariat ie the civil servants. Infact what the governor Dikko Umar Radda did was to initiate a new solar powered electricty project at the sectreterait.The project which has been completed had significantly reduced the sufferings of workers in the state sectreterait as there is now stability on electricity supply and thus enhancing governance and equally added welfare of the workforce.Similarly the completion of the project had also brought relief as often some of the documents had to be taken to commercial business centers for photocopy in case of emergency matters thusI all that is now history.It is therefore worthy of commendation to the administration as thousands of naira or even millions of naira on the payment of energy bills could now be used to add value to other sectors and all to the delight of the citizens across the length and breath of the state.By and large this intitiative is indeed a worthy one and a welcome development.##
