ABUJA – In a major step towards strengthening accountability and results-based culture, staff of AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria have signed the Performance Management Systems (PMS) Contract in a formal ceremony held at the agency’s headquarters.

The signing was led by the National Coordinator/CEO, Hon. Jabiru Salisu Abdullahi, who presented the contract to heads of departments and units, each of whom took turns to sign on behalf of their teams.

A representative from the Performance Management Department of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation was present to witness the occasion and lend support to the process, underscoring its alignment with national civil service reform priorities.

The contract, a key component of AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria’s commitment to improved institutional efficiency, sets clear performance expectations and deliverables for departmental leadership.

The documents have been formally handed over to the Head of HR/Admin for cascading to other staff and ensuring effective tracking and implementation.

With this development, AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria moves a step closer to entrenching a performance-driven culture in line with public sector transformation goals.
