The Dikko Projects Movement, under the leadership of vibrant young politician Hon. Musa Yusuf Gafai, has warmly welcomed the defection of three Federal House of Representatives members from the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
The lawmakers who recently joined the APC include:
Hon. Abdullahi Balarabe Dabai, representing Bakori/Danja Federal Constituency
Hon. Salisu Yusuf Majigiri, representing Mashi, Dutsi Federal Constituency
Hon. Aliyu Iliyasu Abubakar, representing Batsari, Safana/Dan-Musa Federal Constituency
The Movement described the development as a testament to the visionary leadership and ongoing developmental strides of the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda. Within less than two years in office, Governor Radda’s administration has made a significant impact across all parts of the state, earning wide commendation.
Dikko Projects Movement further applauded the lawmakers for their political foresight and commitment to the progress of their constituencies. The defection, according to the group, will strengthen the APC’s support base not only in their respective constituencies but across the three senatorial zones of the state—Katsina, Funtua, and Daura—and indeed the entire state.
