NYCN Katsina Visits Chief Imam for Guidance, Blessings

Katsina, Nigeria – The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Katsina State chapter, has paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Imam of the state, Sheikh Imam Mustapha Gambo, at Unguwar Liman in Katsina metropolis.

The delegation, led by the council’s Deputy Chairperson, Khadijah Sulaiman Saulawa, visited on Tuesday morning to seek blessings, guidance, and support for the newly inaugurated leadership in the state.

During the meeting, Sheikh Imam Mustapha Gambo commended the youth council for its proactive approach, emphasizing that youth are the backbone of any society. He urged them to uphold discipline, education, and moral values to foster sustainable development.

Khadijah Sulaiman Saulawa reiterated the council’s commitment to collaborating with key stakeholders to promote youth empowerment, education, and economic opportunities. She highlighted the importance of seeking wisdom from religious and community leaders to address challenges facing young people, including unemployment, substance abuse, and lack of access to quality education.

The visit strengthened ties between the youth council and religious leaders, paving the way for future collaborations aimed at youth development in Katsina State.
