Katsina Ministry of Internal Security Pledges Continued Collaboration with Stakeholders

The Katsina State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs has reiterated its commitment to working with relevant stakeholders to enhance security across the state.  

The Commissioner for Internal Security, Dr. Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa, made this known while receiving the Katsina Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Alhaji Aliyu Ma’aji, during a courtesy visit.  

Dr. Danmusa emphasized that the ministry has been collaborating with various security agencies to ensure Katsina becomes a crime-free state. He also highlighted the critical role of the FRSC in tackling banditry and other criminal activities, as well as ensuring road safety compliance.  

He reaffirmed that Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s administration is unwavering in its commitment to eradicating all forms of crime, including road traffic violations, to foster a peaceful and secure environment in the state.  

In his remarks, Alhaji Aliyu Ma’aji assured the Commissioner of the FRSC’s readiness to collaborate with the ministry and contribute to the restoration of lasting peace in Katsina. He commended the ministry for uniting key stakeholders and security agencies in its efforts to safeguard the state.
