KTSG Receives Reviewed Report on ‘Service to Humanity’ Book

The Katsina State Government has formally received the report of a book review committee tasked with enhancing the quality of the book titled "Service to Humanity". The presentation ceremony took place at the office of the Secretary to the Government of the State (SGS), Abdullahi Garba Faskari.
The SGS, while receiving the report, expressed gratitude to Allah for the successful completion of the task. He commended the dedication of the committee members, who worked diligently despite their numerous commitments. "It is not every initiative that gets the blessing of completion, but alhamdulillah, the committee we inaugurated has today submitted its report," Faskari remarked. He further assured that the report and its recommendations would be submitted to the Governor for appropriate action, emphasizing its potential benefits for the government and the people of Katsina State.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of the Book Review Committee and Commissioner for Information, Culture, and Home Affairs, Dr. Bala Salisu Zango, highlighted the rigorous process undertaken to enhance the book’s quality. He explained that the committee conducted a detailed analysis of the text, and visuals, components to ensure the book’s content aligns with its intended purpose. "We aimed to make it a valuable document for readers," Dr. Zango stated.
Dr. Zango expressed the committee's gratitude to the state government for entrusting them with such an important task. "We appreciate the confidence placed in us and remain willing to take on similar assignments in the future," he said. He acknowledged the delays in submitting the report, attributing it to the significant demands of the review process and other official exigencies faced by committee members.
The event concluded with the SGS praising the committee’s efforts and expressing optimism that the reviewed book would serve as a vital resource for the government and its citizens. Dr. Zango, on behalf of the committee, officially presented the report to the SGS for further action.
