Mustafa Shehu PhD Assumes Role as Executive Secretary of Katsina State Development Management Board

Katsina State, December 18, 2024 – Dr. Mustafa Shehu officially assumed office as the new Executive Secretary of the Katsina State Development Management Board on Wednesday, following a brief but strategic handover ceremony.

Dr. Shehu took over from Hajia Bilkisu Sulaiman Ibrahim, the pioneering Executive Secretary of the Board, who oversaw numerous achievements during her tenure. These milestones, he noted, have provided a solid foundation for continuity and progress in the Board's mission to drive development across the state.

Acknowledging the legacy of his predecessor, Dr. Shehu remarked, “Her stewardship recorded significant achievements, enabling us to learn from the initiatives she established and to build upon them for the betterment of Katsina State.”

The new Executive Secretary emphasized the importance of ongoing collaboration with Hajia Bilkisu to harness institutional knowledge and ensure the Board fulfills its objectives effectively.
