The groom, son of Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC),  Bello Hassan, found a special blessing in having Governor Radda recieving the bride during the sacred ceremony at Al-Noor Masjid, ICICE, Wuse II, Abuja, today.
