Katsina Governor Reaffirms Commitment to Quranic Education

The Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD, reiterated his commitment to strengthening Quranic education in the state.

The Governor made this statement while attending an event honouring Malam Abdulwahab, who achieved second place in the Quranic Recitation Competition across Africa.

The event, organized by the Hauwa Radda Charitable Foundation, took place at the LGSC conference hall on Kaita Road.

Governor Radda also emphasized that his administration will continue to support Islamic education, recognizing its importance.

Since assuming office, Governor Radda has consistently supported the Quranic Recitation Competition and assured that the government will maintain this effort.

He urged Malam Abdulwahab and other similar schools to contribute to the advancement of Islamic education in the state.

The Governor expressed his gratitude to the event organizers and everyone who contributed to its success.

Governor Radda also called on the people of the state to continue praying for peace in the state and the entire nation.

The event featured the distribution of prizes, including cash awards and a motorcycle for the winner.
