Appointed by President Shehu Shagari in 1979, Alhaji Shinkafi served as the Director General of the National Security Organisation (NSO), where he earned a reputation as Nigeria's super spook. His astute leadership and unwavering commitment to safeguarding national interests have left an indelible mark on Nigeria's history.
