Dr. Faisal Umar Kaita, Commissioner for Lands and Survey, announced the government's initiative to implement cluster arrangements at Fatima Baika Central Market in Katsina during a press briefing following the first regular executive council meeting of the year. The council, chaired by Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, endorsed the proposed arrangements based on recommendations from a standing committee tasked with reallocating market spaces. Dr. Kaita emphasized the removal of illegal structures to create a conducive business environment, assuring affected traders of suitable relocation.

Parents now have the option to choose one examination for their children, sponsored by the state government.
