Assures Support for Proposed Katsina Facility
Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has visited the Kano branch of NeoLife Babies Hospital, following recent discussions with the hospital’s leadership on plans to establish a similar neonatal care facility in Katsina State.
During the visit, the Chairman of NeoLife Babies Hospital, Dr. Efunbo Dosekun, briefed Governor Radda on the specialised care provided to newborns, particularly infants aged 0 to 28 days.
Governor Radda commended the organisation for its efforts to improve neonatal survival and strengthen specialised care for newborn babies.
The visit also provided an opportunity for the Governor to reaffirm his administration’s readiness to welcome NeoLife Babies Hospital to Katsina State.
He assured the organisation of the state government’s full support and commitment to creating an enabling environment for the establishment and effective operation of the proposed facility.
Governor Radda was accompanied by the Chief of Staff, Hon. Abdulkadir Mamman Nasir; his Personal Physician, Dr. Abdulrahmin Ma’aji; and other government officials.
