Katsina State Governor, Dikko Umaru Radda, has congratulated Dr. Muttaqha Rabe Darma on his appointment as Minister of Housing and Urban Development.

Radda, in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, described the appointment as a recognition of Darma’s competence, dedication and leadership qualities, expressing confidence in his ability to advance the housing sector at the national level.

The governor said the people of Katsina State were proud of the elevation of one of their own to a key federal position, adding that Darma possesses the vision and integrity required to succeed in office.

He also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the appointment, noting that it reflects a commitment to engaging capable individuals in driving national development.

Radda further acknowledged the contributions of the immediate past minister, Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, stating that his efforts laid a solid foundation for continued progress in the ministry.

The governor wished the new minister success as he assumes office.
