The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), Katsina Branch, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Nigeria’s former President, Muhammadu Buhari, who passed away recently in London.
In a condolence message signed by the branch chairman, Shu’aibu Aliyu, the association extended its sympathies to the Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umar Radda, the daughter of the late president, Haj. Dr. Fatima Muhammadu Buhari, FCNA, the Buhari family, the people of Katsina State, and all Nigerians.
“President Buhari was a leader whose life reflected humility and a deep commitment to national service. He was a man of integrity and a source of inspiration to many. His legacy will forever live in our hearts,” the statement read.
The association prayed for Allah’s mercy upon the late president, asking the Almighty to grant him eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus.
