Also, the deputy president of the organization, Hajiya Khadija Saulawa, during her address, mentioned that the foundation plans to sponsor orphaned children to attend school in the future to improve their lives through education. Hajiya Hadiza expressed her grave concern over the issue of child trafficking instead of focusing on educating them, stating that this is a significant setback for educational progress.
Khadija praised the Katsina State Government for its efforts to improve security in the state and also called on the community to assist internally displaced persons, understanding the hardships they are facing. The secretary of the organization, Ibrahim Mai Sallah, expressed his commitment to addressing the plight of the displaced individuals and prayed for Allah to deliver them from their current situation and return them safely to their homes.
One of the internally displaced persons, Halima Muazu, expressed her gratitude to the Uwa Ta Gari Foundation for the assistance they have provided.
