Katsina Hisbah Board Issues Ban on Indecent Activities in the State

The Katsina State Hisbah Board has issued a new regulation banning all forms of indecent activities across the state. Citing the increasing moral decay in the towns of the state, the board has decided to implement the following measures:

1. The Hisbah Board bans all forms of "Chacha" and any related activities within the state.

2. The Board will monitor and take immediate action against any youth found wandering with improper hairstyles.

3. The Board urges parents to monitor their children, especially daughters, to prevent them from engaging in indecent acts.

4. The Board bans all forms of prostitution in the state.

The Board warns the public that anyone caught violating these rules will face legal consequences.
