Dahiru Mani Bags Key Role in KASSAROTA Leadership
Katsina State Government has officially appointed Dahiru Mani Bagiwa as the new Commandant of the Katsina State Safety and Road Traffic Authority (KASSAROTA).
The announcement was made via a formal letter issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Abdullahi Garba Faskari, dated June 16, 2025. According to the letter, the appointment follows the approval of the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, Ph.D, CON.
The government expressed confidence in Bagiwa’s capacity to serve the state with "honesty, diligence, and in the best interest of the service." The letter also extended congratulations to the new appointee, along with prayers for Allah’s guidance and a successful tenure.
The letter concluded by requesting written confirmation of acceptance from the appointee.
The new leadership at KASSAROTA is expected to enhance traffic safety and road discipline across the state as the government intensifies efforts to improve transportation infrastructure and public order.
