On Sunday, Hon. Salisu Yusuf Majigiri, the Federal Lawmaker representing Mashi and Dutsi Federal Constituency, officially completed his registration as a full member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), beginning from his ward in Majigiri, Sabuwar Rijiya Ward, Mashi Local Government Area of Katsina State.

The lawmaker, popularly known as Garkuwan Gabas Katsina, visited his hometown to complete the party's registration process and collect his APC membership card, thereby reaffirming his allegiance to the party from the grassroots to the national level.

The registration ceremony was marked by a grand reception, led by APC leaders from the ward, local government, and state levels. The event drew a high-profile delegation, including the APC State Chairman represented by his Deputy, Hon. Bala Abu Musawa (Cigarin Musawa), the APC Zonal Vice Chairman for Daura Senatorial Zone, as well as party leaders and former PDP executives from Mashi and Dutsi who have aligned themselves with Hon. Majigiri.

Also in attendance were numerous party supporters and stakeholders from across Mashi/Dutsi Federal Constituency and other parts of Katsina State, who gathered to witness the symbolic reintegration of Hon. Majigiri into the APC fold.

In their remarks, the APC leaders warmly welcomed Hon. Majigiri and described his return as a significant political development, expressing confidence that his presence would further strengthen the party's structure in Katsina State and beyond.

Responding, Hon. Majigiri expressed deep appreciation for the warm reception and solidarity shown by the party at all levels. He extended his gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Katsina State Governor Malam Dikko Umar Radda, and all APC leaders for their support and encouragement, pledging his full commitment to the success of the party.
