With total submission to the will of Allah, I extend my heartfelt condolences to you my Governor, His Excellency, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, and the entire Radda family on the passing of our beloved mother and matriarch, Hajiya Safara'u Umaru Baribari.
Hajiya Safara'u was a woman of immense strength, wisdom, and dignity, whose life was a testament to the values of integrity, perseverance, and selfless service to the community. Her legacy as a Muslim, a nurturing mother, a pillar of the community, and a source of inspiration will continue to live on through the countless lives she touched.
Her immense contribution to the growth and development of Katsina state will last beyond the sands of time.
Once again your excellency I commiserate with you because beyond being your biological mother, she was a mother to all as she showed immeasurable care for her community.
I pray that Allah (SWT) grants her eternal peace in Jannatul Firdaus and gives the family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss. May her soul rest in perfect peace.
