AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria CEO Departs for 38th AU Summit in Addis Ababa

The Chief Executive Officer of AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria, Hon. Jabiru Salisu Abdullahi has departed for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to attend the 38th African Union Summit. This year’s summit, themed “Justice for Africans and People of African Descent Through Reparations,” will bring together African leaders, policymakers, and development partners to discuss historical injustices, reparations, and strategies for fostering equity and development across the continent.

As a key representative of Nigeria’s development agenda, the CEO is expected to participate in high-level discussions, strengthen partnerships, and advocate for policies aligned with AU Agenda 2063. His engagement at the summit underscores Nigeria’s commitment to addressing historical grievances, promoting sustainable development, and driving regional integration.

At the airport, he met with the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs, Amb. Sola Enikanolaiye, and the Special Adviser to the President on Media, who were also en route to Addis Ababa for the summit.
