Dr. Musa Gafai Officially Joins APC as Full Member in Katsina

On Saturday, February 1, 2025, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Katsina Local Government officially welcomed Dr. Musa Yusuf Gafai, the founder of Gafai Charity Foundation and coordinator of the Dikko Project, as a full member of the party.
The event took place at Gafai Primary School, located in his Ward of Kudu II, and was attended by local elders, key party stakeholders, and youths from various towns within Katsina State.
During his address as the leader of the region's elders, Tanimu Sada Sa'adu expressed his immense joy at Dr. Gafai's return to the party, after having left several years ago. He highlighted that APC was the party that truly represented Dr. Gafai's values and aspirations.
Tanimu Sada also urged Dr. Gafai to continue his humanitarian work, which he has been widely recognized for across the state, and encouraged him to contribute towards the development of his home region, as he is considered its driving force.
In his own speech, Dr. Musa Gafai described his return to APC as a recognition of truth. He acknowledged that, while destiny had once led him to leave the party, he was now back where he truly belonged.
Elaborating on his reason for rejoining APC, Dr. Gafai credited the remarkable achievements of Governor Radda PhD. CON across various sectors in the state, particularly in agriculture, education, health, and more, as key factors that drew his attention to the party.
After the speeches by various key figures, including party leaders and stakeholders, Dr. Gafai was presented with his official APC membership card, which he duly signed.
Prominent figures who attended the event and delivered speeches included the APC Chairmanship aspirant of Bindawa Local Government, Honorable Badaru Musa Giremawa; APC Chairmanship aspirant of Katsina Local Government, Honorable Isah Miqdad A.D. Saude; APC leader in the region, Alhaji Ali Kaura; and several others, including the Women’s Wing Chairperson, Hajiya Iya Masanawa, and Alhaji Aminu Wali Kofar Guga.
