LEAKED MEMO: ZAMFARA APC VINDICATED AS GOVERNOR DAUDA REDEPLOYS ALL DIRECTORS OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE.

The Zamfara State All Progressives Congress APC has been vindicated following the immediate redeployment of all state Ministry of Finance Directors including the state Deputy Accountant General over exposed document on bandits funding.
A special posting/ redeployment circular back dated with reference number HOS/Z/844/VOL 3 and signed by the state acting Head of Service, Ahmad Aliyu Liman conveying the decision of the state executive council to the sacked 10 directors of the state treasury and the subsequent appointment of their replacement with immediate effects .
Those appointed include:-
1. Idris Bawa as Deputy Accountant General
2. Aminu Musa Gusau Sub Treasuser
3. Isah Garba Nasarawa Godel Director expenditure control
4. Usman Ibrahim Maru Director Salary
5. Shehu Balarabe Anka,Director Funds
6. Dayyabu Aliyu, Director incorporated
7. Altine Yunusa, Director Internal control
8. Aliyu Ibrahim Zurmi, Director Main Account
9. Kabiru Garba, Director Programs
10. Shehu A. Daki Takwas Deputy Director Salary with a sole aim of blocking any further sensitive documents from the state Ministry of Finance.
All this action follows the recent exposure of a document allegedly from the office of the Secretary to the State Government, Mallam Abubakar Nakwada who was said to have signed it, the state government has reassigned its senior finance officers to checkmate further embarrassment.
The official document which was believed to have emanated from the SSG was however denied by the state chapter of the PDP (not the government) who believed that the SSG would not have done it but blamed the opposition APC for it.
We are however happy to have been vindicated for saying that the state government may have cooked up the memo in order to divert the attention of the citizens over the administration's failure to meet its campaign promises.
By accusing the APC over the memo, the government thought people will be blaming the opposition.
Shockingly having realized that one of its workers who may have the believe that paying criminals and certain journalists that may be working with and for the government isn't right, blew out the secret.
All that the government would now be doing is fire brigade approach to contain the crisis so far generated while at the same time removing those believed to have exposed the letter.
Again, it is due to its confused state that they said it was state executive council and the head of service that gave the order which mandate is under the Accountant General who is responsible for all treasury staff, their posting, redeployment or assignment but in trying to cover its mess and abuse of the civil service procedure, the government may be doing more damage.
This clearly shows that the memo in circulation has elements of truth as the government removes all the directors.
We are waiting anxiously to see the next step to be taken since their hidden agenda has been revealed.
They should know the blood of the innocent souls will never allow them to rest .
