Kano, June 14, 2024 — The Federal High Court in Kano has issued a significant judgment in favor of His Royal Highness, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, the Emir of Kano, against several top officials and security agencies. The case, overseen by Hon. Justice S. A. Amobeda, addressed the enforcement of the Emir's fundamental rights following an originating motion filed on May 27, 2024.
