In a decisive move, Governor Dauda Lawal has initiated a comprehensive healthcare transformation in Zamfara State, beginning with the ceremonial foundation laying for the rehabilitation and renovation of the General Hospital in Anka LGA this Saturday.

According to a statement from the Governor's spokesperson, Sulaiman Bala Idris, the endeavor aims to enhance healthcare accessibility for the residents of Anka. Governor Lawal had previously inspected the hospital a few months ago, identifying crucial areas for improvement.

"The renovation of Anka General Hospital is a testament to Governor Lawal's commitment to restoring order to the state's health sector," noted Idris. He emphasized that the state government is dedicated to renovating and fully equipping general hospitals across all local government areas in Zamfara.

Governor Lawal, in his remarks, reiterated his promise to rehabilitate the General Hospital in Anka, assuring that the funds for both renovation and equipment are secure.
